Very impressed with king room with a good bed. Knowledgeable, efficient staff towards all guests.

My 2 nights in Montreal were nice. The staff were attentive and respectful and assisted me greatly. The location was incredible, you can visit a contemporary art museum by walking. Food in the in-house restaurant was great. Plus, I was able to park the car on-site.

Clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was great and easy and just off a Tower overlooking Montreal, many attractions invading shopping and Old Montreal and "the 5th Avenue " of Montreal. The in-house restaurant onsite had tasty dishes.

The hotel's lobby was so warm and inviting. I seemed like I was walking into my daughter's cozy living room. The spacious seating made it easy for my friends and I to chat comfortably while sipping our coffee.

More accessible walking paths would be helpful.

Great location, just a short walk to downtown and public transport. Room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities like a fridge, coffee machine, and tv. The fitness center and indoor pool were nice to have. The restaurant served excellent food and some of the best Illy coffee I've had!

Breakfast Blunders but Great Stay

The location was fantastic, just steps away from restaurants and cultural sites. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was not included as promised. I ended up facing an unexpected bill for a meal that was overpriced, which put a damper on my stay.

The in-house restaurant had some killer Italian coffee, perfect for kickstarting your day! The hotel's location was a dream, with amazing eats like Briskets Montreal and Monsieur Restaurant close by. The staff was super professional and cute too.

The pool felt more like a playground with kids splashing everywhere. Plus, wall-mounted shampoo and conditioner? A bit too basic for my taste! The toilet flush was weak, and I dealt with a grime rim that refused to budge.

The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. The onsite restaurant made grabbing meals easy! I loved the indoor swimming pool and the cozy spa lounge for kicking back after a long day. Just a heads up, the heavy bathroom door was a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊

The location is pretty sweet, everything we wanted was just a quick walk away. The room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy-slept like a log! The bar serves a fantastic old fashioned too. Only hiccup was the TV acting up for a bit, but they fixed it fast. Would def come back!

The hotel features a clean pool and hot tub. The location is excellent, just a short walk to various eating places and attractions. The customer service experience was disappointing, with a frustrating mix-up regarding shuttle arrangements and unresponsive staff about a cold shower issue. Breakfast at the restaurant was underwhelming. Going out is a better option.
